Account Receivable Process

The account receivable process, also commonly referred to as the AR process, is an essential component of a company’s financial operations. It encompasses the procedures and systems implemented by businesses to track, manage, and collect payment for goods or services provided to customers on credit. In simpler terms, it is the process of monitoring and recording the money owed to a company by its clients and ensuring timely collection.
